noch eine warnung!
Note from Group: The warning Linda's Norton gave her last week stated that one of the files may have been infected with the trojan moo.
What it does is use an image file, usually a jpeg and replaces it with an executable (exe) file named moo. I've replaced the file in question and many others that had jpegs in them and am working on the rest.
In the meantime, the settings for the group have been changed so that members may download but not upload, Yahoo has expelled one member for violation of the TOS, whatever that means, and membership now requires approval by myself or Spazd, the other moderator.
I hope everyone feels safe with my downloads now,and my suggestion to everyone is to forgo the use of filemaid and simzip and take a peek in any downloaded files before you send them into your game. If your virus program allows for it, right clicking on the file and scanning is always a good idea too.
The nature of Sims files makes them very vulnerable to this nuisance so please take precautions with files downloaded from all sites to insure you don't unwittingly spread this thing around. Thanks, Susan
