Da wir nun doch auch neue User aus anderen Ländern hier willkommen heissen dürfen, die uns "alte Hasen" nicht so gut kennen, und sich vielleicht auch nicht gleich in die von uns bevorzugt benutzt Quasselecke trauen eröffne ich jetzt hiermit einen offiziellen Vorstellungsbeitrag!

Neue (und bitte jetzt auch erst mal die alten) User, bitte seid so nett und stellt Euch hier kurz vor. Hilfreich wären Angaben wie Alter, seit wann Ihr Sims spielt und so weiter!

Ich bin seit Kurzem 30 Jahre alt und habe 2 Söhne von 2 und fast 4 Jahren, wir wohnen in BaWü und ich spiele Sims jetzt seit *überleg*... na es dürfte dann so knappe 10 Jahre sein!
Auf DLs und dieses Forum kam ich aber "erst" vor 1,5 Jahren, nachdem ich mir die Deluxe-Edition gekauft hatte, und seitdem bin ich süchtig!!!!

Ich bin 29, wohne in Hannover, habe eine bessere Hälfte - keine Kinder aber zwei Wellensittiche :D
Simssüchtig bin ich seit ca. 5 Jahre und leider nicht mehr therapiefähig.
Vor drei Jahren hab ich angefangen zu basteln und vor zwei Jahren hab ich mich selbständig gemacht.

Also ich bin die Murmelhex,die Mume Rumpumpel,die Muddel,die Murmel, die Dairuna und ansonsten schlicht und einfach die Mia, bin 44 Jahre mittlerweile alt (*staun*) und komm eigentlich aus einem fernen Lande jenseits des großen Teichs,bin irgendwann im Ruhrpott gelandet und seit 3 Jahren ( sooo lang schon) in der Nähe von Aachen stationiert,von wejen de Liebe unn so. Sims habbich seit ichweißnichtmehr wie etlich lange, Objekte basteln tu ich seit Ewigkeiten,mehr schlecht als recht, von Beruf war ich Krankenschwester und Altenpflegerin und hock neuerdings mehr oder weniger tatenlos daheim rum,schreib ab und an paar Geschichtlein für ne Frauenzeitschrift,bastel hin und wieder paar Homepages und bin froh soviele Mitirre hier vereinigt gefunden zu haben.

ich heiße Ines aber man darf mich auch Omma nennen ;) Ich komme aus Düsseldorf, bin 50 Jahre alt und vor ca. 3 Jahren zufällig über die Sims gestolpert. Und seitdem Rubi diese tollen Tutorials geschrieben habt :) und so viele Fragen geduldig beantwortet hat, bastel ich auch ab und zu mal ein paar Objekte, vorzugsweise die diagonalen. I'm 29, soon to be 30, and I live in Texas. A fun fact is that I'm actually 1/8th German. My great grandmother was German. I've always enjoyed that little fact about me. :lol:

So, dann will ich mich auch mal vorstellen.

Offiziell heiße ich Simlicia, inoffiziell heiße ich Weezzle und bei der Nuss heiße ich Moira. Alles ganz schön kompliziert, ich weiß.

Ich lebe jetzt seit 41 Jahren und nur knapp drei davon spiele ich Sims. Eigentlich unvorstellbar. Was hab ich nur früher die ganze Zeit gemacht???

Als ich das erste mal von dem Spiel hörte, das war in der U Bahn bei einem Gespräch zwischen zwei Teenies auf der Bank gegenüber, fand ich es äußerst merkwürdig. Sowas gibts also auch.

Mit der Zeit hörte ich immer mehr darüber und schon bald wollte ich das Spiel auch unbedingt haben. Aber ein Blick in mein Portemonnaie zeigte mir schnell, das war nicht drin. 60 DM für ein Spiel? Nie und Nimmer!!!
Ich musste noch ein paar Jahre warten, bis ich es mir endlich leisten konnte. Und seit dem Tag bin ich süchtig.

Und es wird mit jedem Tag schlimmer.

I heard about the game one day in the Subway and it seemed quite strange to me. But very soon I wanted to have the game myself but it was fare too expensive. 60 DM for one game? Never!
I had to wait some years before I could buy it and I am addicted ever since. And it becomes worse every day.
 
Dann will ich mich hier auch mal vorstellen. nach über 3 Jahren als member ist es endlich soweit =)

Laut Personalausweis heiße ich Tim, bin seit kurzem 20 Jahre alt und wohne auch genauso lange schon in Bochum ;)

Über die Sims bin ich eher zufällig gestolpert. vor langer Zeiten schenkten wir einem Kollegen das Grundspiel zum Geburtstag und probierten es auch sofort aus :D Der Suchtbeginn ist etwa 6 Jahre her. Doch damit sollte es noch nicht enden. Irgendwann hab ich auf ner Feier mal zufällig über die Sims geredet als meine Tante auf einmal sagte: "die Sims?! Die hab ich auch. Hast du Downloads" - "Downloads????" .noch nie hatte ich davon gehört. Dann kam es wie es kommen musste: meine Tante brachte mir irgendwann mal eine CD mit downloads mit. Seitdem bin ich süchtig nach DLs :heul: Die Sucht trieb mich dann auch zum Simforum, in dem ich mich nach einem Jahr stillen mitlesens im April 2004 registriert hab. Seitdem gehörts irgendwie zum Leben dazu und ich möchte die anderen DL-Abhängigen hier gar nicht mehr missen wollen :)

Neben dem Häuserbau versuch ich mich seit einiger Zeit auch an den Objekten - mit mehr oder weniger guten Ergebnissen :lol:


Ach ja, wer schon immer mal sehen wollte wie ein Burritoman aussieht, kann mal nen ganz kurzen Blick riskieren:

I'm dentist and studied a lot Bach Flower essences (my first flower essence book was by a german Mechthild Scheffer) and other natural healing...
I love to cook and love german food too!(my father is german descendant)

If you want to have good German food recipe I think it's best to ask Barbara or better to say her hubby because it seems to be that he is an excellent cook :) And our Murmelhex Mia also know very much about good cooking!
And if I ever have the chance to go to Brazil it's good to know where to find a dentist =)

I know that it is very difficult if you don't understand the language - and the most of our conversation can't be translate because we often talk / write slang - but I hope you all although will feel well here :)

ok, time to introduce myself:
as you can see my name is Jule (and I prefer it without the "e" ;)). it's not my real name, I choosed it when I register the first time in a www forum, and in the meanwhile my friends in real life and also my daughter call me Jule.
I've heard about the Sims 6 years ago and played it sometimes at a friend. since nearly 3 years I have my own game, and after playing a while I've found the magical wonderful downloads and then this forum and all the other like the hut and simbella and so on. and what should I say? yes, I'm addicted - but I'm in the best company I can imagine :lol:
I'm so happy about the warm, friendly and helpfully atmosphere in all the sims communitys all around the world, especially between the oldies who still prefere the original game :)

okay, that's enough about me - und das übersetze ich jetzt nicht ins deutsche: ihr kennt mich lange genug ;)

Nachdem ihr euch alle so schön vorgestellt habe, möchte ich es auch tun!
Mein richtiger Name ist Christin, bin 21 Jahre jung und komme aus dem schönen Erzgebirge (Zwönitz)! :-) Das erste Mal spielte ich die Sims vor ca. 4-5 Jahren und seitdem komm ich nimmer davon los! *lach* :D Habe alle Sims 1 und Sims 2 Teile und natürlich jede Menge Downloads! *süchtig danach bin*
Ich bin fast täglich hier im Forum unterwegs, manchmal einfach nur um die Beiträge anderer zu lesen! Fühle mich hier super wohl, weil ihr alle so nett seid und auch Fragen schnell beantwortet werden!

Leider habe ich ab Anfang Oktober erstmal kein Internet mehr, da ich umziehe (werde im November Mami *freu* eines kleinen Mädchens)! Ich werde dieses Forum echt vermissen, aber so bald ich wieder online bin, komme ich wieder! :lol:

Auch wenn ich hier mitten in die Runde alter Hasen platze, werd ich mich doch kurz vorstellen..
Inzwischen bin ich 24, simaddicted seit gut 8Jahren (Sims1 wohlgemerkt - das 2er hab ich noch nicht versucht und bin auch nicht wirklich gewillt, es auszuprobieren. Ich mag das Original; EP hab ich alle bis Superstar - und viel zu viele DL, aber nicht die, die ich noch gern hätt (was müssen auch die guten Seiten schließen?!?!?!?), war aber bisher noch nie hier im Forum.. Unverzeihlicherweise. Das ist hiermit geändert..

Hier im Forum bin ich seit April 2005 und es macht riesig Spaß hier.

es ist schön zu sehen, dass wir oldies einfach nicht unterzukriegen sind ;)
und es ist immer ein guter entschluss, hier im forum zu sein - aber ihr wißt schon, dass ne heilung anschließend nicht mehr möglich ist? :lol:
zur erholung vom stress mit den dl's gibts drüben in der quasselstub aber eigentlich immer was zur stärkung oder ein paar mitfühlende worte :D


babs, keine sorge: viel mehr portugiesisch wird's nicht werden. ich muss nur grade jede gelegenheit nutzen, es wieder ein bißchen aufzupolieren - bis in 2 monaten muss ich wieder wenigstens einkaufen können ;)

ich hatte immer ein halbes bild von dir - das reale stimmt ein großes stück überein, nur die brille ist neu ;)

hallo ich bin ganz neu hier und ich wollt mich mal vorstellen:
ich (13)spiele schon seit 4 Jahren sims habe ein haustier und liebe es zu chatten und die sims zu spielen. ähhmm mehr fällt mir jetzt grad nich ein :)

I'm 15 years old. i don't know when i started playing sims, but i made a pause of 2-3 years.
my hobbys are playing computer(not noly sims), unycicle(german einrad), reading (books, computer and game magazines) percussion, märklin(model railway).
yeah i think that were th import informationes.

Tolle Idee, dass mit dem "Hallo sagen", da sieht man endlich mal, ob die Bilder/Vorstellungen die man sich im Kopf von den Forumsmitgliedern gemacht hat, irgendwas mit der Realität zu tun haben.

Naja, dann will ich auch mal mein Bild etwas konkretisieren:

Mein Name ist nicht Neome sondern Judith.
Neome war mal meine Katze (die lebt aber jetzt bei meinen Eltern) und schon lange vor den Sims in meinem Leben. Jetzt wißt ihr zumindest, was ich vor den Sims gemacht habe - Katz und Maus gespielt! :-)
Ich bin so ca. bald 34 Jahre alt und lebe in einem netten Dörfchen an der Oberösterreichisch/Niederösterreichischen Grenze.
Hab mit meinem Lebensgefährten zusammen zwei Katzen, ein Haus und ein wundervolles Kind - mein kleines Teufelchen Raphael (2,5 Jahre alt - geboren am 24.12.!!!)

Da wir jetzt so ca. ein dreivierteljahr an unserem gekauften Haus herumgebastelt haben und ich daher wenig "Freizeit" hatte, bin ich total vom Sims-spielen abgekommen. Dafür bastle ich aber gerne Objekte, zumindest bis zu dem Punkt, wo es um den z-buffer geht! Daher liegen schon unzählige Objekte halbfertig herum und mir fehlt einfach die Motivation mich über meine Unfähigkeit des bufferns zu Ärgern.

Ach ja hier noch ein Foto von mir und meiner Zuckerschnecke:

I'm single, living in a flat with my two fourlegged "hairy children" - German Shepherd Dogs :D I'm addicted to the Sims for about 6 (!) years now :) I'm not good in German language but I have studied that at school and i would love to practice and "wake it up" ;) ASAP, I'll insert a pic ;)

do you have the picture on your own account (photobucket or so)? then you can copy the URL, click here on the little picture in the grey line and insert the URL. it's the same procedure as at the hut p.e.
