Hallo,
falls es so einen Thread o.ä. schon gibt, möchte ich mich entschuldigen. Falls nicht: Ich habe ein großes Problem.
Gestern habe ich meinen Laptop nicht ordnungsgemäß heruntergefahren, sondern nur zugeklappt. Heute morgen hat er trotzdem problemlos funktioniert- bis ich Sims 2 maximiert habe. Dann ging plötzlich gar nichts mehr und nur noch die Maus bewegte sich. Habe dann in meiner Not auf den Start-knopf zum Notherunterfahren gedrückt und wollte den Laptop neu starten. Er hing. Dann, beim nächsten Mal Stromunterbrechen kam neben der option "Windows fortsetzen auch Starthilfe. Nachdem diese geladen hatte, kam folgende Mitteilung:
"A problem has been detected and window has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer.
If this is the first time you´ve seen this Stop error screen, restart your computer. If this screen appears again, follow these steps:
Check out to make sure any new hardware or software ist proberly installed. If this is a new installation, ask your hardware or software manufacturer for any windows updates you might need.
If problems continue, disable or remove any newly installed hardware or software. Disable BIOS memory options such as caching or shadowing. If you need to use Safe Mode to remove or disable components, restart your computer, press F8 to select Advanced Startup Options, and then select Safe Mode.

Da ich leider trotz Schulenglisch nur fachchinesisch verstehe, wäre es lieb, wenn ir jemand helfen könnte:
Was soll ich machen? Was bedeutet das? Kann ich da überhaupt was machen? Oder soll ich einen Techniker holen? Was ist überhaupt passiert?
Würde mich um Antwort wirklich freuen!!!
